My name’s Chris Caggiano, NMLS 113009, and for nearly 20 years, I’ve helped thousands of clients make home financing decisions that proactively build their wealth.

Craig Caggiano is a loan originator from Staten Island, NY. He recently retired from a Federal Government Agency as a Facilities Manager with 32.5 successful years in Emergency Management serving NY, NJ. PR and USVI. 

He managed 4 offices in NY, NJ and the Caribbean serving those in need before, during and after emergencies. When he is not working, Craig loves traveling with his family taking road trips to near and far destinations and attending anything to do with antique automotive, car shows swap meets and car museums.

Carolina has been working in the finance world for over seventeen years, in the United States, the Caribbean Basin and Europe. As a Mortgage originator in residential, commercial and international projects, Carolina has extensive experience aiding local and foreign buyers in the US market. For Residential and Investment properties, she is licensed in New York, New Jersey and Florida. For Commercial projects, she originates mortgages in any location nationwide and Internationally. Carolina brings cultures together through financial strategies and loan acquisitions. She speaks English, Spanish and French.

• Bachelor of Business Administration – Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE), Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic
• International Commerce – Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Madrid, España
• Master Degree in Economics (D.E.S.S.) – Université Paris 1 Panthéon, Sorbonne in Paris, France.

Originally from Tashkent, Uzbekistan, Natasha lived in Sydney, Australia before moving and settling in NYC. She graduated from CUNY Baruch College with Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science. Natasha has a broad background in all aspects of real estate and real estate financing including investing, origination, processing and underwriting. She speaks English and Russian.

Noemi (aka Mimi) is our part time Office Assistant. Her previous employment background was in case management and staffing for contracted agencies under the NYC Early Intervention Program. She is currently homeschooling her son, and is an active member and volunteer for The Brooklyn Queens Learning Education At Home (LEAH) organization. Noemi loves beach days, hiking, Broadway shows, and spending time with her family sharing good food and laughs.
