They are very knowledgeable in all types of loans to include Veterans Administration (VA) home loans (which I utilized). Whether it be a dream home or an investment property Grand Oaks will make it happen for you! (With one caveat…. You must do your part and get all the required documentation that they require…Furthermore, if you do it with a sense of urgency things will happen faster as far as the mortgage process to closing is concerned) My experience was a bit stressful at times but overall it was a smooth experience. Simply put, their staff, associated companies as other supporting elements all work as a combined team for your success..Use Grand Oaks!!!!!
